Potato fried in garlic (chauke aaloo)

Have it with chapati or paratha.
Ingredients:
9 -10 very small potatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 green chilies
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon amchur powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
salt
1/4 cup green coriander, chopped
oil
Directions:
1. Wash the potatoes thouroughly.
2. Cut each of them into 4 pieces with skin.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
4. Add chopped garlic.
5. and fry till crisp and reddish.
6. Now add the potatoes, chillies, salt, garam masala, and amchur powder.
7. Fry for a few minutes.
8. Add 3 tbsp wter and cover to cook till potatoes are cooked and all the water has evaporated.
9. Garnish it with chopped corriander leaves and serve with dal, rice, and chapati.
