Spicy dish.. Goes well with any main course... Especially white rice. Ingredients:
2 full boiled eggs |
2 boiled, peeled n sliced potatoes |
1 handful of grated coconut |
1 onion(puree) |
1 tsp ginger garlic paste |
1 tsp green chilly paste |
1/2 tsp cumin seeds |
2 tomatoes |
1/2 tsp turmeric powder |
1 tsp garam masala powder |
1 tsp chilly powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 tbsp refined oil |
1/2 tsp mustard seeds |
Directions:
1. Grind coconut, tomatoes, cumin seeds,chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala n salt together n keep it aside 2. Heat oil in a pan 3. Add mustard seeds, let it pop 4. Add green chilly paste, onion puree n ginger garlic paste n stir fry 5. Now add the ground items 6. Stir for 2 mts 7. Add eggs n potatoes 8. Add extra salt if required. Cook covered for 10 mts |
