Delicious breakfast casserole that can be prepared the night before. Ingredients:
2 potatoes |
1/8 c onion |
1/2 c low fat cheese |
8 eggs |
1/2 tsp. black pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray baking dish with Pam. Stir all ingredients together and add any spices that you desire. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. |
