1 cup potato |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
4 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 cups broth |
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes. 2. Mix mashed potatoes with flour, baking powder, eggs, and salt. 3. Drop into boiling broth by teaspoonfuls. 4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. |
