Potato Dippers With Jalapeno Cheddar Dip |

I have been making these for years. Got it from a Pillsbury Cookbook Ingredients:
potatoes |
4 russet potatoes |
2 tbls. olive oil |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1 tsp. chili powder |
dip |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped |
2 jalapenos, finely chopped |
2 scallions, finely sliced for garnish |
Directions:
1. Potatoes 2. Preheat oven to 450 3. Line large baking sheet with foil 4. Spray with cooking spray 5. Cut potatoes into thin slices 6. Add potatoes, oil, chili and garlic powder to bowl. 7. Coat all potatoes 8. Bake for 30 minutes turning over half way through 9. Mix all dip ingredients except scallions into mixing bowl 10. Top with scallions |
