This is the easiest recipe ever.... My cousin and I whipped it up for a super- quick dinner and boy, was it DELICIOUS?? It tasted just like a gourmet cup of corn chowder. Ingredients:
1 can cream of potato soup |
1 can milk |
1 can corn kernels, drained |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Scoop soup mixture into a small saucepot over medium heat. 2. Add the can of milk. 3. Wait a minute or two, stirring constantly, and add half of the corn. 4. Season with salt and pepper as needed. 5. - 6. SERVING TIP: Ladle into almost-plate-like soup bowls and sprinkle some corn in the center. |
