yum. Ingredients:
4 c potatoes, diced |
2 c carrots, sliced |
2 c celery, chopped |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 1/2 c water |
42 oz creamed corn |
3 c skim milk |
1 c heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Simmer potatoes, carrots, celery, salt, pepper and water, covered, 15 minutes. Add corn and simmer another 5 minutes. Add milk, cream and cheese; stir until cheese melts and soup is heated. Do not boil. |
