This is a delicious tender loaf with the great taste of chives. It is easy to make because it uses instant potato flakes. Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
3 cups bread flour |
1/2 cup instant potato flakes |
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 tablespoons chopped dried chives |
3 tablespoons margarine or 3 tablespoons butter |
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer. 2. Select regular, rapid or delayed-time bake cycle and follow manufacturer's directions for starting machine. |
