You got it. Potato chips makes this cookie very unusual. It is so good but there is no way you would never think there are potato chips in them. Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
3/4 cup butter |
1 egg yolk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1-1/2 cups all purpose sifted flour |
1/3 cup finely crushed potato chips |
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a large bowl beat sugar, butter, egg yolk and vanilla until light and fluffy. 3. Add flour to the sugar mixture and mix well. 4. Add crushed potato chips and nuts and stir by hand. 5. Roll dough into 1” balls. 6. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Dip bottom of a glass into the remaining sugar and flatten the balls. 8. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. 9. Cool slightly. |
