This recipe was given to me by my husband's Aunt Ruth. I couldn't believe how good they were and people had a hard time believing me when I told them they were made with Potato Chips! We all love them. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 cups flour, unbleached |
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Cream together until light and fluffy the butter, sugar and vanilla. 2. Blend in the flour, crushed potato chips and chopped pecans. 3. Drop by teaspoon on an ungreased baking sheet about 2-inches apart. 4. Flatten with a greased and sugared drinking glass bottom. 5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. 6. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. |
