From Fran Pratt, friend of E. Shern at Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 egg yolk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup crushed potato chip |
1/2 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Cream together margarine, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Gradually add flour, beating after each addition. Add chips and walnuts. Form into 1 balls. Flatten each ball with a fork. Bake at 350* for 9-12 minutes. 2. Note: Yield is a guess. |
