Got this from a friend. Posting here before I accidentally delete the email. She tells me that you can actually use any flavor of potato chips you have to make these and you can't tell they are flavored chips. I think the butterscotch chips could be switched up with chocolate chips as well. I am guessing on total time and number of cookies. Let me know if you get something else. Ingredients:
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup white sugar |
2 cups crushed potato chips |
6 ounces butterscotch chips |
2 eggs |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Cream all together. 3. Shape into small balls and bake at 350°F until golden brown, about 15 minutes. |
