A great combination of creamy hot and sweet corn bottom, with a salty crunchy, cheese top. Warning very Moorish, once you try it you'll have to eat the whole thing. Experiment with different soup mixes, cream of mushroom and cream of asparagus is good. Ingredients:
plain potato chips |
cooked rice |
roast chicken |
can of cream of chicken a corn soup mix |
can of corn |
cheese |
Directions:
1. Smash the potato chips in to small pieces and tear the chicken in to bite sized pieces. 2. Mix the cooked rice, soup mix, drained corn, and chicken together in a baking dish and spread it out evenly. 3. Spread the broken up chips over the top, then cover the chips with a layer of cheese. 4. Bake until all ingredients are hot, and cheese is melted and crunchy. |
