I got this from a kind person when I was desperite for a way to liven up my chicken. I was NOT dissappointed by the result. This is a great recipe that keeps the chicken moist and adds some pizzazz with the salty chip coating. The best way I've found to make this, is to use my hands to coat the chicken in sour cream and chicken. Messy, but worth it! Ingredients:
chicken |
sour cream |
crushed potato chip |
melted butter |
spices, and/or herbs of your choice |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450. 2. Cover chicken breasts with sour cream and roll in potato chips till covered. 3. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes. 4. Remove from oven and baste with butter and spices and herds. 5. Bake and additional 20-25 minutes at 375. |
