A brilliant way to introduce vegetables to kids Ingredients:
use as much vegetables as you need for your serving size |
celeriac/parsnip/jerusalem artichoke (individual or combination) sliced |
potatoes, peeled and sliced |
dressing |
sage |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
parmesan cheese |
1/2 pint double cream |
1/2 pint whole milk |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil 2. Bake for 1/2 hour and 180 deg C 3. Remove foil and add more cheese 4. Place in a hot oven for 10 mins 5. Serve |
