A brilliant way to introduce vegetables to kids
Ingredients:
use as much vegetables as you need for your serving size
celeriac/parsnip/jerusalem artichoke (individual or combination) sliced
potatoes, peeled and sliced
dressing
sage
2 cloves garlic, crushed
parmesan cheese
1/2 pint double cream
1/2 pint whole milk
salt
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil
2. Bake for 1/2 hour and 180 deg C
3. Remove foil and add more cheese
4. Place in a hot oven for 10 mins
5. Serve
