Ingredients:
2 pound(s) frozen hash brown potatoes |
1/2 cup(s) melted butter |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) oregano |
1 can(s) cream of celery soup |
1 pint(s) sour cream |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onions |
1/2 cup(s) chopped celery |
1/2 cup(s) chopped green pepper |
2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Defrost hash browns. Combine butter, salt, pepper, oregano,soup & sour cream.and mix well. Mix all veggies and cheese and combine with sauce. Pour in 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes |
