Ingredients:
2 pound(s) frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup(s) melted butter
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) oregano
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 pint(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) chopped onions
1/2 cup(s) chopped celery
1/2 cup(s) chopped green pepper
2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Defrost hash browns. Combine butter, salt, pepper, oregano,soup & sour cream.and mix well. Mix all veggies and cheese and combine with sauce. Pour in 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
