A family favorite! Ingredients:
24 oz. pkg.hash browns (o'brien) |
8 oz. cream cheese |
1 stick butter |
1 med. sweet onion, chopped |
2 cans cream of celery soup |
8 oz. colby-jack cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Melt butter (pre-heat oven 350) 2. saute' onion 3. add soup and cream cheese 4. heat over med. heat until smooth 5. in a 9x13 pan 6. layer 1/2 potatoes,1/2cheese and 1/2 sauce 7. then repeat layers. 8. cover with foil, make slits in foil 9. bake for 1 hour at 350 |
