1 package hash browns, thawed |
1 pint sour cream |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 pound velveeta cheese |
1 medium onion, chopped |
butter |
crushed cornflakes |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer bottom of dish with hash browns. 2. Add onions and cheese. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. 3. Mix soup, sour cream and soup can with water. Pour over layers. 4. Top with crushed cornflakes. Dot with butter. 5. Cover with foil and bake one hour at 350 degrees. |
