A potato casserole for you. Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, cooked and grated |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 cup commercial sour cream |
6 to 8 green onions, chopped |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except butter; spoon into a 2-quart cassorle. 2. Pour butter over top, and bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. 3. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. |
