This is a dish I take to potlucks and always recieve many compliments. Can be served with almost any meat. Easy to throw together. Ingredients:
10 boiled potatoes, diced |
1 package chunk cheese, diced (like cracker barrel) |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 jar pimiento, diced |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Refrigerate potatoes to be cold for cutting. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan for 1 hour. |
