2 cups mashed potatoes |
1/2 cup sour cream |
house seasoning (1cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, 1/4 cup garlic powder) |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
1 bell pepper, sliced thin |
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
4 medium potatoes, cooked |
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Spread mashed potatoes evenly on bottom of casserole dish. 3. Layer sour cream on top and sprinkle house seasoning. 4. Saute onion and bell pepper in butter and lyer over sour cream. 5. Slice potatoes and lyer over bell pepper. 6. Sprinkle more house seasoning and top with cheese. 7. Bake about 25 minues. 8. Remove and crumble bacon on top. |
