This one is delicious but decadant - got it from my aunt about 15 years ago. Ingredients:
5 potatoes |
2 slices bacon |
1 (600 ml) container thickened cream |
1 yellow onion |
1 clove garlic |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice potatoes, bacon and onion. 2. In a casserole dish layer potato, bacon, onion and garlic in three or four layers. 3. Pour thickened cream over layers. 4. Sprinkle paprika on top. 5. Cook at 180 degrees celcius for an hour. |
