Family recipe from Betty Joy. Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package hash browns, thawed |
1 (14 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (14 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
breadcrumbs |
butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish. 2. Mix all ingredients together (minus topping). Place in prepared pan. 3. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Cover with topping. Bake for 2 hours. |
