From my grandmother. It is cheesy and yummy. Easy to make. Ingredients:
2 lbs shredded hash brown potatoes (thawed) |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 chopped onion |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup grated cheese |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put in dish. Sprinkle top with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. |
