Its super easy to make and really good. I got it from my Mother in Law. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup chopped green onion |
1/4 cup milk |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Slice potatoes. 3. Put melted butter into 9X13 pan. Spread hash browns on top. 4. Combine sour cream, soup, onions, and milk. Pour over potatoes. Cover with cheese. Top with cornflakes. 5. Bake 1 hour. |
