One of my family's favorites. Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, diced |
4 carrots, diced |
1 onion, chopped |
1 lb ground beef |
salt & pepper |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onion, salt & pepper. Pour off excess fat. 2. Combine all ingredients in baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees until carrots are done, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
