You can save the liquid from cooking potatoes to replace the water in this recipe for added flavor. Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups water |
3 cups bread flour |
1/2 cup dry potato flakes |
1 1/2 tablespoons instant powdered milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine |
2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the Basic or White Bread setting. Start. |
