This was a high rising bread using instant potato flakes. This makes a 2 lb loaf. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup water |
2 tbsp margarine |
2 tsp salt |
2 c bread flour |
2 c whole wheat flour |
3/4 c potato flakes |
3 tbsp sugar |
3 tbsp non-fat dry milk powder |
2 tsp active dry yeast |
