                    Potato Bread Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 cups flour  |  
                                                1/2 cup potato, boiled and mashed  |  
                                                75 g butter  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 1/8 teaspoons yeast  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sugar  |  
                                                1 teaspoon sugar  |  
                                                1 tablespoon honey  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                1/4 cup water, reserved from boiling the potatoes  |  
                                                1/2 cup milk, warmed slightly  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine the butter, egg, honey, sugar, salt and potato. Beat for 2 minutes. 2. Add the potato water, milk and yeast 3. Add the flour, 1/4 cup at a time and beat with a dough hook on the lowest speed until the mixture forms a soft dough that pulls away from the bowl. The dough should be tacky, not sticky. 4. Turn the dough out into a well-oiled bowl, cover with clingwrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. 5. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit. 6. Punch the dough down, and divide into 19 portions. 7. Shape each portion into a roll and place 1 inch apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Let rise for another 45 minutes, or until the rolls are touching each other. 9. Bake for 12 minutes.                              |
