A very good way to use those left over mash potatoes. We never have left over but I sometime make them to use this way. Ingredients:
leftover mashed potatoes |
cubed chedddar cheese |
parmesan cheese of bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Form balls of left mashed potatos around cubes of cheese. 2. Roll in parmesan cheese or bread crumbs and broil until golden brown. |
