Ingredients:
4 whole(s) potatoes large shredded |
2 whole(s) carrots peeled, shredded |
1 whole(s) onion minced |
2 bulb(s) butter |
2 teaspoon(s) seasoning fox point or lemon pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) cream or whole milk |
Directions:
1. Use food process or hand grater. Squeeze potatoes to remove excess liquid. Toss with carrots, onion and seasoning; place in small buttered baking dish. Dot with butter, pushing some down into mixture. Sprinkle cream over top. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cover with foil if dish gets overly brown. |
