Comfort food Ingredients:
2 lbs hashbrown potatoes |
1 small onion |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 lb shredded cheese or velveeta |
1 (16oz) carton sour cream |
1/2 cup melted margarine |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 for about 1 hour. Brushed corn flakes can be added to the top. |
