Cheesy and Creamy Potato Salad Ingredients:
500 grams zucchini,sliced into cubes |
500 grams poached potatoes, sliced into cubes |
10 pcs. whole cherry tomatoes |
4 strips of cooked bacon, chopped |
1/2 cup whole peanuts |
5 tbsp. roasted sesame seeds |
1/2 cup mayonaisse |
1/4 cup sas pepparrot |
1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese |
2 tbsp. white sugar |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tbsp. apple vinegar |
a dash of ground pepper |
2 tbsp. onion, chopped |
1 tsp. dill |
Directions:
1. Toss all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix well untill all surface is evenly covered with mayonnaise, sas pepparrot and dill. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours 2. Adjust the taste to your liking. |
