This goes so well with a grilled piece of fresh tuna or salmon. I made this for friends and it was a success. Ingredients:
3 lb potatoes, pealed and cubbed |
salt to taste |
2 tbsps butter |
1 cup creme fraiche |
1 or 2 tbsps wasabi powder (depending on how hot you like it) |
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes in a large pan and add salt to taste. 2. Puree the potatoes and add the butter. 3. Mix well the wasabi in the creme fraiche. 4. Blend the creme fraiche with the puree and it is ready to serve. |
