A great brunch recipe. Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, boiled and sliced |
1 cup sliced onion, sauteed |
1 lb sausage, browned |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/3 cup grated cheese |
Directions:
1. layer potato,onion and sausage in a baking dish. 2. blend eggs and milk pour over top. 3. top with cheese. 4. bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. |
