1 large red onion, sliced thinly |
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled |
4 ounces freshly grated parmesan-romano cheese mix |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
fresh thyme |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Layer all ingredients in lightly greased 3 1/2-quart crock pot; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. 2. Adjust seasonings as needed. |
