A crockpot recipe Ingredients:
4 large potatoes, chopped |
2 leeks, thinly sliced |
2 celery, stalks chopped |
1 carrot, chopped |
2 prosciutto, slices chopped |
2 cups vegetable stock |
cream, to serve |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients (except the cream) to a crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours. 2. Use a hand processor, puree the soup untill smooth. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 4. To serve, drizzle soup in bowls with fresh cream. |
