1 1/3 pounds chicken breast, boneless/skinless, quartered |
2 pounds red potatoes, sliced |
2 medium carrots, sliced |
1/2 small onion, diced |
4 cloves garlic, chopped |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup ken's lite northern italian w/basil & romano |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees. 2. MIX potatoes, onions, carrot, chicken and garlic into a bowl. Add cheese and salad dressing. Mix well. 3. BAKE for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked |
