This is perfect for a holiday side dish. Ingredients:
2 lbs of frozen hash browns |
1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 c. of diced onions |
1/2 c. of butter |
1 (10 1/2 oz) can of cream of chicken soup |
1 c. of sour cream |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. First you want to let potatoes dethaw. 2. Then you want to take butter in a pan over medium flame and melt. 3. Now add in all ingredients.then add to a casserole dish. 4. This needs to bake at 350 for approx. 60 min. |
