Potato and Broccoli Supreme |

Ingredients:
3 cups hot mashed potatoes |
1 package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons margarine |
salt and pepper |
1 (2 7/8 ounce) can french-fried onions |
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli stems |
1 cup shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Whip together first 5 ingredients, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup onions. 2. Spread potatoes over bottom and up sides of 8 x 12 inch baking dish to make shell. 3. Bake uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350*. 4. Cook broccoli and drain. 5. Arrange in potato shell. 6. Sprinkle with cheese and the rest of the french fried onions. 7. Bake 5 minutes longer. |
