Very simple vegetalbe soup. Don't be fooled by the ease, it's tasty. My children ask for it. Ingredients:
2 quarts vegetable stock |
1 onion |
1 zucchini |
1 carrot |
1 celery rib |
3 cabbage leaves |
1/2 cup pastina |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Cut vegetables into small slices julienne style. 2. 2. Place stock in a soup pot. Add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. 3. 3. Add the Pastina, salt, and pepper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Serve. |
