Here is an interesting recipe from Kraft Kitchens. Ingredients:
4 cups potato chips, the kettle kind |
1 cup cheddar cheese, kraft shredded |
1 small tomato, chopped |
2 green onions, sliced |
4 slices oscar mayer center-cut bacon |
1/4 cup sour cream (the recipe calls for breakstone's or knudsen's) |
Directions:
1. SPREAD chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. 2. TOP with remaining ingredients. 3. SERVE immediately. 4. KRAFT KITCHEN TIP: Substitute frozen cottage fries (1/2 of 22-oz. pkg.), baked as directed on package, for the potato chips. |
