4 ounces kettle potato chips |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 small tomato, chopped |
2 green onions, sliced |
4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked, crumbled |
1/4 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Spread chips onto large microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minute or until cheese is melted. 2. Top with remaining ingredients. 3. Serve immediately. Substitute: frozen cottage fries (1/2 of 22-oz. pkg.), baked as directed on package, for the potato chips. |
