3 -4 lbs beef roast |
8 ounces tomato sauce |
4 ounces mushrooms, drained |
4 -5 garlic cloves, finely minced |
1 cup pitted black olives, halved |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3 beef bouillon cubes |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients. 2. Put in slow crock pot for 5 to 6 hours. |
