Saved recipe. Great for using leftovers. Ingredients:
8 ounces fine egg noodles, cooked |
2 cups pot roast, cooked and chopped |
2 cups alfredo sauce |
1 cup sliced mushrooms |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix noodles, pot roast, Alfredo sauce and mushrooms in a 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. 3. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are golden. |
