Pot roast with carrots and potatoes Ingredients:
4 1/2 lbs beef, loin, bottom sirloin butt, tri-tip roast |
1 large onion |
8 medium potatoes |
8 medium carrots |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
2 tbsp oregano |
Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees 2. place roast in roasting pan 3. slice onion and plance on top of roast 4. sprinkle, salt, pepper and oregano on meat 5. pour soy sauce on met 6. fill paan until it covers roast 7. bake for 3 hours 8. add potatoes and carrots 9. cook for 1 more hour |
