It's fast, it's easy and even the kids enjoy it. Gotta love the crock pot! Ingredients:
5 lb. beef roast |
3 medium russet potatoes |
3 carrots |
2 celery stalks |
1 large onion |
2 tbl flour |
1 cup water |
5 ounces gravy mix, brown, dry |
Directions:
1. Cut up veggies and toss in crock pot. 2. Coat beef in flour and set on top of veggies. 3. Add gravy and water. 4. Cook on low 8-12 hours. 5. Enjoy with salt, pepper and some Worchestershire sauce. |
