This is a modified cookie recipe I found on CC. By making 200 thin cookies with Splenda instead of 36 with sugar, the calories and sugars are greatly reduced. Ingredients:
2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup splenda |
2 tbsp canola oil |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 cup oats,uncooked |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Add dry ingredients 3. Add egg 4. Add Canola oil 5. Mix until you have some kind of dough 6. Flour table or other clean flat area 7. Roll out dough into a large rectangle 8. Slice 10 rows by 20 columns 9. Carefully place into large cooking sheet 10. Place cooking sheet into oven 11. Cook 15 minutes or until cookies look done 12. Remove from oven and let cool |
