These are a little bit time consuming but well worth the effort. An incredible appetizer sure to please all. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef |
1 cup white onion chopped |
2 cloves garlic minced |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated |
1 package taco seasoning mix |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
16 ounce package egg roll wrappers |
Directions:
1. Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is done then drain well. 2. Add cheese, taco seasoning, salt and pepper and stir until cheese melts. 3. Spoon meat mixture in center of each egg roll wrapper. 4. Fold bottom edge over filling then fold ride side over then left side. 5. Lightly brush remaining flap with water then fold over tightly and press gently to seal. 6. Fry in hot oil at 375 for 1 minute. |
