craving for mushroom??? this one is really good!! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
1/3 medium onions, diced |
1/3 clove garlic, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper |
20 grams mushrooms, cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
30 grams tomato |
20 grams red kidney beans |
20 grams corn |
10 grams celery |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. DIRECTIONS 2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, and cook the onions until tender. Stir in the garlic, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix the mushrooms into the skillet, and continue cooking, stirring frequently, 10 minutes, or until tender. 3. Pour the tomatoes and beans into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 40 minutes. |
